Since 2009 I have been involved with ITdynamics and their development into the service IT education industry. I am always impressed with the high level of professional, punctuality and transparency that they deliver with their service. Along the journey nothing has been too much to ask including weekend work when servers were needed to be installed, swinging by on non-maintenance days to fix issues and dealing with staff concerns outside of hours. The other plus is the service log where you can constantly monitor work being completed and the the times it was requested by staff.
Since ITdynamics have managed our school infrastructure, we have seen a massive reduction in the ongoing ICT issues. The service provided by the friendly staff is instant and extremely reliable. This is essential for us to operate our school efficiently given that we are 4 hours away from the Perth CBD.
